Help break down some of the barriers to entry for women in the backcountry by creating a comfortable, supportive learning environment for your mentee. I’m sure you remember your early days well, being intimidated, lacking confidence and searching for peers that would show you the ropes. Most experienced backcountry users can pinpoint one person who was essential to their growth in the sport. Here’s your chance to pay it forward and be that role model.
